Refund Policy

All purchases of online courses are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed and access is granted to the course materials, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change in personal circumstances, inability to access or complete the course, or dissatisfaction with the content.

Course Access: 
Access to the online course will be provided within 72 hours of payment clearance and/or on the specified course start date, depending on the nature of the course. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technology, internet connection, and knowledge to access the course platform and materials.

Responsibility:  
By purchasing the course, the customer acknowledges that they are responsible for all actions related to accessing and completing the course. No extensions or special accommodations will be made for customers who fail to access the course in a timely manner.

Exceptions: 
Refunds may only be issued in cases where access to the course materials has not been provided due to a technical error on our part. In such cases, the issue must be reported within 14 days of purchase, and a refund will only be considered if the problem cannot be resolved.

By enrolling in the course, you agree to these terms and accept the non-refundable nature of your purchase.
